Band of Brothers Clan is an online gaming community.
To ensure that we can provide a safe and fun environment for our members,
we have some rules and regulations that our gamers must follow:

1. Cheating is not permitted on the server. If you are caught cheating you will be banned without warning. In addition, we will make every attempt to get your CD key identifier added to Master Ban lists provided by sites such as Cheat Police or Punksbusted. The server uses several anti-cheat programs to monitor all players while the server is up. Cheats include aimbots, wallhacks, illegal skins, foghacks, going under the map, etc. This is your only warning, disable and remove any pathetic cheats. We play fair. If you accuse someone of cheating, you must make a valid arguement or you will find yourself being kicked from the server.
Just because someone is a good player, doesnt mean they are cheating.
If you suspect a cheater, make a demo to back up your claim and email an admin.

2. Religion and Politics are not to be discussed between members at any point in time. We're here to game not to get in heated debates. Keep your opinions to yourself. Racism and other such offensive comments or opinions will be taken very seriously by the admins.

3. NO WHINING ABOUT THE SERVERS! The admins and members decide how the servers are running. We set up and monitor the servers, however as individuals may have ideas and wants for the server, we ask you to respect our judgement for the good of the clan as a whole. If we can afford more servers through donations its possible, else we will not change the current popular servers everyone knows and loves.

4. IN-GAME CHAT Admins will not tolerate the excessive use of in game binds and taunts. Consistently using binds or taunts is annoying and we will not tolerate it. We have and will kick players for being annoying. Don't ruin other peoples gaming experience - show some respect! It goes without saying that we do not wish to have any swearing on our servers. Also we expect members to refrain from any 'ffs' and 'bs' comments as this also constitutes as swearing. We come to have some clean fun on the servers, we don't want to see any people shouting their mouth off.

5. NO RECRUITING - Players are not permitted to recruit for their clans, server, mods, or websites on our servers. We are a public community and if you are caught recruiting or advertising for your clan or group on our servers you will be kicked/banned. We pay for these servers - respect that!

6. Complaints! If you must gripe - please let this be conducted in the forums, or even better yet email an admin. The admins are on the server to play, not read. If you have an issue with an admin or any other player, email an admin.
Someone is usually available to discuss any problems you encounter.

7. TeamSpeak - You must appear on TeamSpeak at least once a week. It give us the sign that you are still apart of the clan and so that we can update you on the latest goings on in the clan.

8. Training - You must attend training at least once a week. Training is there for your benefit not ours. If you attend training you will be able to be put forward for Scrims, Tournaments and Competitions so in more ways than one, it is very beneficial.

9. Respect - all other players on the server and on the site. Any derogatory statements about members or the clan in general will be deleted. No bitching please we're all adults here.

10. Obey your admins and members. What we say goes so do not get yourself in a situation where we are forced to make a decision about your status and future on the server/website/in the clan.

We expect any {BofB} member to have xfire and teamspeak and to try and make an effort to game with the members of our community from time to time.
Of course you don't always have to come on TS, but it would be good to hop on when you can. Also if you're going to be away for a while - make a post to let us know! We can't keep track of everyone. If you are inactive for 3 months you will be deleted from the roster. If you come back at a later date we can add you in - just let us know if you're going away for a while to make our lives easier

Of course everyone is not going to like these rules, but if you wish to play on our servers, post on our site or even be part of our clan, please respect the decisions of the admins and members because the rules we make are for the benefit of the clan as a whole and to help keep ourselves organised and respected - and most of all to create a fun gaming environment.

We expect any member to understand that when they pay the represent the clan as a whole and any behaviour which reflects badly upon {BofB} will be dealt with by the admins and members.

11. Clan-Tag and rank abuse. You respect our tags and we hope others do this to if you are seen with our tags without our permission on any server this will resolve in a permanently ban on all our servers without a warning.

Restrictions for members:

1. Multiclanning is not allowed we dont not permit any kind of multiclanning in our clan!

2. Members are required to make sure they have their pbguid set up correctly for any ladders and understand the rules of the ladders they participate in.

We rely on members availability for matches, if you can't make a match please let one of our leading officers know you are not available.

3. Behaviour in matches and leagues. Rule breaking behaviour during a match will get you suspend from other events and can have major consequences for your rank and status in our community. Leaving a match without a valid reason will be considered as a deserter this means you will be not allowed to any other events in our community.

4. STICK TO ONE NAME AND ONE NAME ONLY! this is for consistency through TS, Xfire, The website, Servers, Gaming ladders. All members are expected to follow all of these rules and regulations. These rules are set to keep the clan organized and to keep the clan environment safe and fun for everyone.

5. Our community clan tags are ^1{^3BofB^1}E|^3NAME^1 OR {BofB}E|NAME we expect you to wear them anywher, anytime everyday.

IMPORTANT: Band of Brothers WILL NOT be held responsible for any minors in the clan. Members under the age of 18 are expected to have parental permission before joining!
